Job summary

CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI seeks an Assistant Product Development Manager to help grow the Store Brands portfolio by executing product development initiatives across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with packaging, regulatory, sourcing and marketing teams to ensure timely launches and accurate execution.

The role emphasizes operational excellence and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on strategy and execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years' of full or part-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• 0-3 years' experience achieving both short-term and long-term goals on a deadline.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development Manager in all aspects of the CPG lifecycle from concept to launch and potentially sunsetting.
• Manage item setup & maintenance processes including vendor onboarding, UPC generation, factory updates and data accuracy.
• Maintain key product documentation, planograms, ingredients, pricing and launch timelines with minimal support.
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
