Job Summary
To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and perform a variety of general store duties including collecting, sorting, processing, and selling merchandise. This is not a supervisory role.

Essential Job Functions
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors
- Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas
- Clean and straighten items on the floor
- Maintain store cleanliness including dressing rooms and bathrooms
- Follow policies and procedures set by Goodwill Central Oklahoma
- Perform tasks according to work instructions
- Ensure security of assets and donations
- Perform general duties and cross-train in all work areas
- Adhere to cash handling procedures
- Greet and assist donors/customers and escalate complaints to management
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Maintain store housekeeping to standards
- Attend required training and safety meetings

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Reliable transportation and communication required

Physical Requirements

Work Environment
- Climate-controlled environment with exposure to dust, mold, dirt, pollen, extreme temperatures
- Availability during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Moderate noise level
- Part-time or full-time work as per management needs
