If you're looking for a part-time job, seasonal position, or a new gig, HoneyBaked could be for you. Our schedules are perfect for students, teachers, retirees — really, anyone who wants to earn extra income and needs to work around school, family, or other commitments. We offer TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules and better hours! Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers via phone, catering, in-store lunch, and retail, providing excellent service in a friendly manner. Respond positively to requests or comments.
2. Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits. Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative, stay productive throughout shifts, and assume responsibility for activities within your control.
6. Follow all processes and procedures, comply with company standards, and adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Your Track Record:

Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food prep experience preferred—experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus! Bring your restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotel experience to HoneyBaked.
