Join Our Team as a Store Associate Year-Round at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude.
• Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and suggest add-on sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards in the store.
• Take initiative, stay productive, and be responsible for your activities during shifts.
• Follow all company procedures, including safety and security policies.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior customer service or food prep experience is preferred, including roles such as cook, cashier, crew member, sales, or store associate.
