Join the Honey Baked Ham Company as a Store Associate (Year-Round)

We are hiring for a Store Associate (Year-Round) position at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC. This role offers flexible schedules suitable for students, teachers, retirees, and anyone seeking extra income. Our stores operate Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service and responding positively to requests.
• Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales through suggestions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout shifts, taking responsibility for assigned activities.
• Follow all processes, procedures, and safety policies.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred, including roles such as cook, cashier, crew member, or sales associate. Experience in retail, grocery, or hospitality is a plus.

Additional Information
