Our schedules are perfect for students, teachers, retirees — really, anyone who wants to earn extra income and needs to work around school, family, or other commitments. We offer TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules and better hours! Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM and are closed on Sundays.

What You'll Do

1. Assist phone, catering, lunch, and retail customers, providing excellent service in a friendly and polite manner. Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
2. Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate superior product knowledge and effectively articulate product features and benefits. Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative, remain productive throughout the shift, and take responsibility for activities within your control.
6. Follow all processes and procedures, comply with company standards, and adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Your Track Record

Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred. Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus! Bring your restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotel experience to HoneyBaked!

Physical dexterity and mobility are required to perform job demands, including working with hot torches. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist, and lift supplies and products. Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
