Job summary

HKG Duty Free is seeking a Store Associate in Calexico, CA. You will assist travelers, maintain a well-stocked sales floor, and support day-to-day store operations including handling inquiries and processing transactions.

You will greet customers, balance cash, and ensure accurate paperwork while upholding company standards and providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and maintain a welcoming demeanor.
• Balance cash drawer daily and complete transaction paperwork.
• Process sales, including finalizing tickets and credit card payments per policy.
• Organize and file sales paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist in training team members on computer programs and procedures.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised as directed by management.
• Maintain a neat appearance and follow dress standards.
• Support store maintenance and general cleaning as assigned.
• Assist with unloading stock trucks as scheduled.
