Job summary

You will identify customer needs, share current fashion trends, and build lasting relationships, while supporting store operations and safety. This role requires flexible scheduling and comfort with mobile POS tools.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move fixtures when needed.
