Job summary

Lane Bryant in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment, engage customers, and contribute to store goals. You will help customers pick products and communicate fashion trends to build trust and drive sales.

You will represent the brand through product knowledge, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and support sales and operations while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise handling up to 25 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
