Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Regular/Part Time Associate in Atlanta to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to meet company goals.

You will identify customer needs, showcase current products, and share fashion trends while supporting store operations and following company policies. The role requires strong service skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; may require lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
