85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking entry-level Janitor Associates in Centennial, CO to support high standards of cleanliness and customer service. You will maintain facility cleanliness, assist in multiple departments, and adhere to health regulations while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, some retail/food service experience, and availability for at least 20 hours weekly including weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Associates are expected to provide customers with a level of service beyond the customer's expectation, while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Dust, mop, clean dishes and sanitize area
• Clean bathrooms
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service; to create an uplifting work atmosphere, for both your fellow employees and the customers.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
