85°C Bakery Cafe in Aurora, CO is seeking Janitor Associates who are eager to grow with our team. You will help deliver clean, safe, and welcoming spaces while supporting daily cafe operations.

This entry-level position requires a High School diploma or higher, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer free meal plans, free tea, employee discounts, and a FUN, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Fast food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.

• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position requires moderate physical activity.
