Position Overview

The Store Associate plays a key role in supporting our customers and keeping daily store operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on position that includes customer service, sales assistance, product knowledge, inventory, and equipment support.

Rather than being limited to a traditional retail counter, our team members assist wherever needed. Responsibilities may include helping customers select products, answering phones, processing orders, operating the POS system, stocking inventory, loading materials, and learning to operate equipment.
