Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to keep our stores clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for every customer. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, and handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with compliance and care.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and a willingness to help in multiple departments. Weekend and holiday availability is needed; training provided, and there are opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with age verification and laws.
• Offer friendly service and upsell products when appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe, including bathrooms, pumps, and parking lot.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain merchandise freshness.
• Sweep, mop, windows, and maintain store entryways.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a reliable team player.
