Role Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cashiering and customer service tasks.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and consumables.
• Participate in inventory management activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outdoor areas.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
• Close registers, report discrepancies, and ensure proper cash handling.
• Prepare and serve hot food items as per standards.
• Assist with fuel spill clean-up when necessary.

Work Environment

• Primarily in a retail store setting.
• Work around fuel stations, moving vehicles, and outdoor grounds.
• Potentially in hot or cold environments.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods.
• Move freely indoors and outdoors.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
