Job summary

Lidl US is seeking Store Associates in New York to support stocking, cleaning, bakery operations, and merchandising. You will assist customers on the floor and at the registers, helping them find items and answer questions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
• Able to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
• Flexible to start a 5am shift or finish a 11pm shift, including weekends.
• Positive attitude with changing priorities.
• Friendly communication style with team and customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive in store, maintaining a quick pace.
• Provide excellent customer service on registers and throughout the store.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during your shift.
• Learn and perform tasks in bakery, produce, and weekly promotions.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks.
