Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to safely operate a range of plant equipment, including palletizers, wrappers and forklifts, contributing to daily production goals in a clean, safe environment.

The position follows a rotating 4-3 schedule with Day (4:00 AM–4:00 PM) or Night shifts (4:00 PM–4:00 AM); Night shift adds $2.00 per hour. Must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays and handle temperature‑controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate in a cold, wet environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in temperature-controlled zones ranging from cold to hot.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the dairy production process and ensure quality.
• Perform changeovers per production schedule and troubleshoot equipment.
• Clean equipment and assist maintenance or supervision as assigned.
• Follow SOPs, PPE, GMPs and complete required paperwork clearly.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work safely.
