Job summary

Centra Sota Cooperative in central Minnesota is seeking a Country Store Associate to sell, distribute and market store products while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to farmers, families and communities.

You will handle store inventory, merchandising, price updates, and customer problem solving, with duties ranging from POS transactions to assisting with loading, stocking shelves, and supporting training of new staff. A strong team orientation and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Store inventory, merchandising and stocking.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve complaints quickly and appropriately.
• Know and use resources to make product recommendations.
• Update prices on products and services.
• Assist with training new staff on computer skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
• Operate forklift to load/unload store products and propane tanks (location varies).
