Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking a dependable Store Associate Warehouse team member for our Little Falls location. This part-time role blends customer service, merchandising, and light warehouse duties in a busy retail environment.

You will assist customers, operate the POS, help with inventory accuracy, and support opening/closing store tasks. The position offers competitive pay, part-time benefits, and opportunities for growth within Minnesota's trusted cooperative.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
• Willingness to work Weekday & Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Operate POS system and maintain accurate sales records
• Operate forklift - load and unload products and assist with warehouse operations
• Fill propane tanks (Little Falls ONLY)
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Support opening and closing store responsibilities
• Follow safety policies and maintain compliance
