Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Associate, you'll serve customers and produce high-quality products. Your tasks may vary daily, including shifts during weekdays, weekends, holidays, and different store locations. Typical duties include checking day dots, stocking supplies, cleaning, making salads or subs, topping pizzas, and operating the window or front registers.

• Greet and warmly welcome customers inside or at the drive-up window.
• Prepare food, stock supplies, and pre-topping pizzas to ensure shift readiness.
• Set up the next shift with food prep, stocking, and freezer pulls.
• Use the cash register to take orders, handle cash, give change, and balance the register with the manager on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Fold pizza boxes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers in person or over the phone.
• Take phone orders and suggest additional items.
• Refill drinks, provide plates and napkins, and answer customer questions.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including handwashing and cleanliness.
• Follow recipes for subs, pizzas, and salads.
