Position Overview

Our store associates ensure an exceptional shopping experience, achieve individual and store sales goals, and maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor, fitting room, and at checkout
• Manage garments through receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising
• Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and pack merchandise
• Open and close registers, perform cash balancing and deposits

Skills Needed

• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Math skills for calculating discounts and percentages
• Basic computer proficiency

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D.; associate degree preferred
• 6 months to 2 years retail experience
