Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

Restaurant Associates are high-energy team players serving customers and producing quality products. Shifts may vary, including mid-shifts, closing shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays, or different store locations. Typical duties include checking day dots, stocking supplies, cleaning, making salads or subs, topping pizzas, and working at the window or register.

• Greet and warmly welcome customers inside or at the drive-up window.
• Prepare food, stock supplies, and pre-topping pizzas to ensure the shift is ready for revenue.
• Set up the next shift by completing food prep, stocking, and freezer pulls.
• Use the cash register to take orders, handle cash, give change, and balance the register with the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and mopping the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Fold pizza boxes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers in person or over the phone.
• Take phone orders and suggest additional items.
• Refill drinks, provide plates and napkins, and answer customer questions.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including handwashing and cleanliness.
• Follow detailed food recipes for making subs, pizzas, and salads.
