Essential Functions

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Supporting departments such as photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of health improvement.

Required Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Remaining upright for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and handling objects overhead.
• Having close visual acuity for activities like reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Additional Details

• Anticipated weekly hours: 25.
• Part-time employment.
• Pay range: $17.00 per hour.
