Essential Functions

1. Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving service issues.
2. Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items as needed.
3. Performing cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit transactions following company policies.
4. Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management.
5. Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
6. Providing support across departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
7. Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
8. Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support our mission of helping people on their health journey.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity for tasks like reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Additional Details
