Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Associate to greet customers, help them find shoes, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will operate the register, handle cash, and process returns while sharing promotions and Shoe Perks with shoppers.

The role includes keeping displays tidy and supporting loss prevention and store cleanliness, with physical tasks such as standing and lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
