Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking a Store Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet clients, help them find shoes and accessories, and assist at the register with accurate cash handling and returns.

This role emphasizes basic math, strong people skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible part-time hours and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
