Job summary

Shoe Carnival is looking for a friendly Store Associate to help customers find shoes and accessories. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and promote Shoe Perks while maintaining clean, organized displays.

The position requires basic math, cash handling, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible part-time hours are offered in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math.
• Comfortable standing for shifts and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
