Overview of the Position

Our store associates ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience. You will be responsible for achieving individual and store sales goals while maintaining merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, fitting room, and at the cash register
• Handle garments, including receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising
• Ring sales, process payments, and pack merchandise
• Open and close registers, handle cash, and make deposits

Skill Set

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule commitment
• Math skills for discounts and percentages
• Basic computer skills

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate degree preferred
• 6 months to 2 years retail experience preferred
