Qualifications

Overview of the Position

Our store associates ensure an exceptional shopping experience, achieve individual and store sales goals, and maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, fitting room, and at the cash register
• Handle garments through receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle receipts and packaging
• Open and close cash registers, perform cash balancing and deposits

Skill Set

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Math skills for calculating discounts and percentages
• Basic computer skills

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate degree preferred
• 6 months to 2 years retail experience preferred
