Store Associate

Type of Work: Part-Time

Shift Availability: Mornings, nights, weekends, holidays

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.25/hr

Location: 6361 103rd St, Jacksonville, FL 32210

What You’ll Do:

As a Store Associate, you will represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a great experience during each visit. Your responsibilities include driving sales, using the point-of-sale system to track merchandise and verify purchases, and working with your team to create an environment of trust and respect. Staying up to date on promotions and new products through Curaleaf’s internal tools will help you provide the best service.

Who You Are:

• A retail sales professional.
• A motivated and collaborative team player.
• Someone who communicates effectively with guests, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• High attention to detail.
• Experienced with sales and cash handling procedures.
• Capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Accurate with inventory counts and proficient in basic math skills.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly standing, walking, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, using hands and fingers, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasionally climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision (20 inches or less).

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional retail setting, using standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. It involves potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, and requires adaptability, high stress tolerance, and flexibility in a changing environment.

Curaleaf Pay Transparency: $16.25 — $16.25 USD
