Position Summary

Essential Functions

1. Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues.
2. Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating additional items as needed.
3. Accurately performing cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies.
4. Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, updating pricing, and inventory management.
5. Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
6. Providing support across departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
7. Assisting pharmacy personnel, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
8. Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform visual inspections.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
