Location: Fond du Lac, WI - Retail shop

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Position Title: Store Associate

- Location: Fond du Lac, WI

- Monday-Friday

The Store Associate sells medical, industrial, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and hard goods and tools to customers. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing warehouse support, and maintaining safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, analyze, and resolve service issues.
2. Maintain communication with internal departments and external customers.
3. Assist in customer management across retail store locations within the assigned area.
4. Enter sales and quote data into the computer system; research customer information.
5. Process payments and enter sales transactions.
6. Develop positive work habits to support sales and profitability, including strategizing with Account Managers and achieving KPIs.
7. Address and resolve customer complaints using company resources.
8. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve collections and meet DSO goals.
9. Follow all safety procedures during cylinder handling and storage.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience with SAP or other inventory systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Adherence to safety programs, OSHA, and related regulations.
