Requirements

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position safely while meeting productivity standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Restaurant Associates are high-energy team players who serve our customers and produce the finest quality products. Each workday may vary; shifts can include mid-shifts, closing shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and may differ in length or location. Your shifts will be challenging, fun, and different from the previous one! Typical duties include checking day dots, stocking paper products, cleaning, making salads or subs, topping pizzas, or working the window or front registers.

• Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival, whether inside the lobby or at the drive-up window.
• Ensure the shift is ready for revenue by completing food prep, stocking, and pre-topping pizzas.
• Set the next shift up for success by completing food prep, stocking prep tables, and freezer pulls.
• Service customers using the cash register, accurately taking orders, handling cash, giving correct change, and balancing the register with the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness by cleaning and mopping the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers in person or over the phone.
• Take customer orders over the phone.
• Complete meals by offering suggestive selling items.
• Refill drinks, provide plates and napkins as needed, and answer customer questions.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including handwashing, illness reporting, and cleanliness.
• Follow detailed food recipes for subs, pizzas, and salads.
