Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Associate to help customers find shoes and accessories, greet shoppers, and manage transactions with basic math at the register. You will promote promotions and the Shoe Perks program while keeping displays tidy and merchandised.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years old.

Responsibilities
