Essential Functions

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Accurately handling cashier duties—cash, checks, and credit transactions—following policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor, restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating prices, and managing inventory as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Supporting all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational, and staying updated on services and tools.
• Assisting pharmacy staff, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development opportunities.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with our purpose of helping people on their health journey.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.

• Remaining upright for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and handling objects overhead.
• Visual acuity necessary for activities like reading, inspecting small parts, and viewing screens.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
