Ferraro Foods is seeking a Store Associate in Cheshire, CT to help customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. This full-time role involves operating the POS system, processing transactions, and supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cash handling experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of cash handling experience.
• Previous retail, grocery, wholesale, or store associate experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using registers, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed.

Responsabilités

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Store Associate to join our Napoli Foods team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting daily store operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

The Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Pay: $19 per hour
