Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Store Associate for a regular, full-time role. You will pick/pack orders, assist customers, and ensure accurate inventory and billing, with safety as a priority. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

You will maintain store cleanliness, handle customer questions, and support displays and stocking. The job requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Pull product from our warehouse and restock the on-site store daily to ensure adequate levels are maintained for operation.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Assist customers shoe fittings, answer questions and status of orders etc.
• Enter all orders into A+ to ensure proper tracking and billing.
• Help rectify any sizing exchanges with customer.
• Perform all functions required of store personnel – setting up displays, stocking, cashing, etc.

The main responsibilities of this position are to pick/pack orders and deliver to our customers in an accurate and efficient manner with safety being a priority.

Duties and Responsibilities –
