Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Store Associate for full-time work in the on-site store and warehouse. The role focuses on picking/packing orders, assisting customers, and maintaining safety standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly inventory to ensure accuracy of product on hand.
• Pull product from our warehouse and restock the on-site store daily to ensure adequate levels are maintained for operation.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Assist customers shoe fittings, answer questions and status of orders etc.
• Enter all orders into A+ to ensure proper tracking and billing.
• Help rectify any sizing exchanges with customer.
• Perform all functions required of store personnel – setting up displays, stocking, cashing, etc.
• This position will report directly to the Store Manager.
