Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the sales team and drive an exceptional customer experience in our Missouri store. You will oversee everyday selling, deposits, and shop upkeep while promoting a culture of internal growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and managing people.
• Willing to open/close the store.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales, handle payments and discounts.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep store neat and clean.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Coach and discipline the sales team.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Prepare deposits and process bank deposits.
