Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Massachusetts. As an Assistant Manager you will help operate a single store, hire and supervise associates, drive toward financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and lead associates toward financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring, coaching, and directing staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program lasting 3+ weeks.
