Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Dallas area. You will support the operation of a single Panda Express location and participate in a comprehensive Store Management Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success.

In this role you’ll hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required as is Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
