As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a single store—overseeing hiring, coaching, and driving financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
