Panda Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single Panda store, hire and lead associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store staff to achieve financial targets and service standards.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.
