Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque, NM is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for a full-time role supporting the store General Manager.

You will help run operations, supervise staff, hire and onboard new team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities include counting inventory, maintaining equipment, rotating commissary deliveries, and delivering great customer service.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store General Manager in daily operations and standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Supervise employees and coordinate shifts.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Maintain store and equipment through cleaning and maintenance.
