Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team. The role focuses on assisting the General Manager with daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service at our Domino's location in Roswell, NM.

Applicants should be at least 18, able to commute, and available for full-time hours. Prior management or QSR experience is a plus, and you should be capable of motivating a cohesive team and communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running and enforcing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Maintain facility and equipment cleanliness per standards.
• Supervise staff efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain store and equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Other duties as needed.
