Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our Domino's team in New Mexico. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager, supervising staff, and maintaining store standards to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, inventory management, cleanliness, and managing deliveries. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities and a benefits package including time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
