MBR Management (a locally owned franchise of Domino's) in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include driving profitability, scheduling staff, and analyzing sales trends.

Starting pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour with a $700 sign-on bonus, plus PTO, bonuses, and payroll mileage benefits. Flexible full- and part-time options available to fit a dynamic work schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or food service management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Collaborate with upper management to improve store performance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Step in for the General Manager when needed.
