Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work.
• Manage staff scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs.
• Assist in training new employees and facilitate ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Maintain a professional and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with management on inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support the implementation of company initiatives and strategic objectives at the store level.
