Job summary

MBR Management, a Domino’s franchise in Fenton, MO, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist in scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and marketing initiatives, with opportunities to advance into ownership as a Domino’s Franchisee. A customer-focused leader with food-safety knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory/leadership experience in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and a customer-focused mindset.
• Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Math proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to implement company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff coverage.

• Participate in cost control measures and help optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle cash management and daily financial reporting responsibilities.
