Job summary

Majors Management is hiring for a Store Assistant Manager at our Madison, OH location. You will oversee daily store operations, train and develop a team to consistently deliver superior guest experiences while achieving sales goals.

The role reports to Store Manager and is available part or full-time, onsite with routine flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of retail experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
